Our portal provides you with information on all staff members that you may be interested in, including a summary of their skills, reference checks, and an insightful interview report.
Placements are based on the needs of our camps as well as staff preferences.
We host online hiring fairs where you can connect with participants worldwide and make on-the-spot hires.
All staff will arrive at camp fully prepared with a SIN number and Canadian Bank account.
Work permits are organized by our in-house certified immigration consultant, with all participants receiving support in extending permits if applicable.
We provide full support with 24/7 emergency assistance.

We have a selective application process, choosing the best participants from over 20,000 applications each year.
Our staff have all been rigorously vetted by in depth interviews, criminal background checks, medical assessments and must provide least 2 valid references.
Most participants come with essential certifications such as lifeguarding and first aid.
We assist staff to get Canadian equivalent certifications (Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard, Standard First Aid) & work with you to ensure that staff complete any extra courses that you require.
Staff are only looked at by one camp at a time. You will NOT compete for staff.
