- We're the only international placement agency based in Canada. With 5 additional international offices, we have lots of overseas knowledge, & you'll be able to reach us at any time.
- We provide an in-depth database of information on all staff members that you may be interested in, including a summary of their skills, reference checks, and an insightful interview report.
- We ensure that placements are based on the needs of our camps as well as staff preferences.
- We support all staff to arrive at camp fully prepared, with a SIN number and Canadian bank account. We also encourage all staff to set up a WISE account.
- Work permits are organised in-house by our registered immigration consultancy team.
- We provide full support with 24/7 emergency assistance.

- We have a selective application process, choosing the best participants from over 20,000 applications each year.
- Our staff have all been rigorously vetted by in depth interviews, criminal background checks, and must provide at least 2 valid references.
- Most candidates come with essential certifications such as lifeguarding and first aid.
- We can assist staff to get Canadian equivalent certifications (Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard, Standard First Aid) & work with you to ensure that staff complete any extra courses that you require.
- Our staff are also available for spring, summer and fall programs.
- Staff are only looked at by one camp at a time. Directors do NOT compete for staff.
